Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Account approval, pricing tiers, MOQ, payment terms, custom-blend / private-label rules, and resale restrictions for approved PeptideDistro.com wholesale buyers.

Account approval and qualification

Wholesale accounts are reviewed by the wholesale desk before any order can be placed. Approval is conditional on a complete wholesale application, satisfactory verification of business identity and stated use case, and acceptance of these Wholesale Terms together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Compliance Overview.

Approval may be granted in tiers (for example, standard, volume, or strategic) and may be subject to category-level restrictions. PeptideDistro.com reserves the right to amend tier, category access, or pricing at its discretion.

Pricing tiers and minimum order quantities

Wholesale pricing is published on quotes prepared for the approved account. List pricing is not published publicly. Tier-based pricing reflects committed volume, frequency, and category mix and is subject to review on a periodic basis. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) and minimum reorder quantities (MROQ) for catalog SKUs and custom blends are stated on each quote and may differ by category and lot availability.

Quote validity and order acceptance

Each quote states a validity period (typically 14–30 days). Quotes are not binding until accepted in writing by Buyer and confirmed by the wholesale desk. Acceptance of a quote constitutes a purchase order subject to these Wholesale Terms.

Payment terms

Default payment terms are payment in full prior to dispatch. Net terms (typically Net 15 or Net 30) may be extended in writing to approved accounts after credit review. Late balances accrue interest at the lesser of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, plus reasonable collection costs. We may suspend account access while balances are past due.

Custom blends and private-label

Custom blends and private-label runs are produced to the Buyer’s specification under a project-specific quote that states the formula, fill, packaging, label artwork approval, lead time, MOQ, and any non-cancellable / non-refundable (NC/NR) terms. Buyer warrants that label artwork, marketing copy, and any claims associated with private-label material comply with applicable law and with our Compliance Overview. PeptideDistro.com may refuse any artwork or claim it determines to be inconsistent with research-use-only positioning.

Documentation and quality

Standard lot documentation (including a certificate of analysis where available) is provided with each shipment. Additional batch records, retention samples, and customer-specific documentation packets can be requested through the documentation desk and are billed where they exceed the standard packet.

Resale and downstream representations

Approved wholesale Buyers must not resell, repackage, formulate, or distribute any compound for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic application, or as a dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, drug, or medical device. Downstream marketing must remain consistent with research-use-only positioning. PeptideDistro.com may audit downstream listings on request and may suspend or revoke account access where downstream representations are inconsistent with these Wholesale Terms.

Order changes and cancellation

Catalog orders may be cancelled at no charge prior to dispatch. Custom and private-label orders may not be cancellable once production has begun; cancellation terms are stated on the corresponding quote. Returns and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.

Confidentiality

Pricing, MOQ, custom-formula details, label artwork, batch records beyond what is publicly published, and account-level commercial terms are confidential. Buyer agrees to use such information only for evaluating, placing, and managing orders with PeptideDistro.com and not to disclose it to any third party other than Buyer’s personnel and advisors with a need to know who are bound by comparable confidentiality obligations.

Term and termination

These Wholesale Terms remain in effect for so long as the wholesale account is active. Either party may terminate the relationship on thirty (30) days’ written notice. PeptideDistro.com may suspend or terminate the account immediately for breach of these Wholesale Terms, breach of the Compliance Overview, non-payment, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and governing law) will survive.

Order of precedence

In the event of a conflict between a written quote signed by both parties and these Wholesale Terms, the signed quote controls only as to its specific subject matter. In all other respects, these Wholesale Terms, together with the Terms of Service, govern.
