What information PeptideDistro.com collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the rights available to wholesale applicants and visitors.

Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how PeptideDistro.com (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, retains, and discloses information about visitors and wholesale applicants on PeptideDistro.com. It applies to information collected through the Site, the wholesale application, the quote-request form, the contact form, and email correspondence with our wholesale and support desks.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to qualify wholesale buyers, prepare quotes, fulfill orders, and provide post-order support. Categories include:

Business identity. Legal name, doing-business-as, business address, tax identification or resale certificate number, organization type, and stated use case.
Contact details. Buyer contact name, role, business email, business phone, and shipping contact.
Order and quote information. Compounds, quantities, target lead times, destination address, documentation requirements (such as COA or batch records), and message content.
Compliance attestations. Timestamps of research-use, non-consumption, and Terms acknowledgements; account approval status; and any documentation uploaded as part of the wholesale application.
Technical data. Server logs (IP, user agent, referrer, timestamps), and the contents of localStorage on your browser used to persist your in-progress quote basket. We do not currently load third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels.

How we use information

To qualify wholesale buyers and decide whether to approve an account.
To prepare quotes, process orders, arrange shipping, and provide documentation packets.
To respond to support, compliance, and documentation requests.
To maintain records of compliance attestations and order history as required by applicable law.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use of the Site.

Legal bases (where applicable)

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or comparable laws apply, we rely on the following bases: performance of a contract (preparing quotes and fulfilling orders), legitimate interests (qualifying buyers, preventing fraud, protecting our business), legal obligation (record-keeping for tax, customs, and compliance), and consent (where you provide it for a specific purpose).

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

We retain wholesale-application, order, attestation, and shipping records for the period required by tax, customs, and compliance law, and longer where needed to defend legal claims. Marketing-only contact records are retained until you opt out.

Your rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18, and the Site is not directed to consumers or minors.

Cookies and storage

The Site uses local browser storage to persist your in-progress quote basket so that you do not lose items when you navigate or refresh. We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide a notice mechanism in line with applicable law.

Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms recognized under European and United Kingdom data-protection law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is published at this URL with an effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email to active wholesale accounts.
