Research-use-only positioning
PeptideDistro.com supplies research peptides and related compounds exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory use by qualified personnel. All catalog items are sold for non-clinical, non-consumer research applications. We do not market, sell, or describe products for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic application, disease prevention, food, cosmetic, or household use.
Our catalog and product pages describe published research mechanisms and molecular identifiers (sequence, molecular weight, CAS where applicable). Any reference to biological pathways or assay applications is provided as scientific background and is not an indication of intended use, efficacy, or safety in any consumer or clinical setting.
Qualified buyer policy
Wholesale accounts are reviewed before any order is fulfilled. Account approval requires evidence consistent with a legitimate research, commercial, or institutional buyer profile. We may request, at our discretion, documentation including but not limited to:
- Business or institutional registration and tax identification
- Resale certificate where applicable for the buyer’s jurisdiction
- A description of the research, manufacturing, formulation, or distribution use case
- Site of use and shipping destination consistent with the stated use case
PeptideDistro.com reserves the right to decline, suspend, or revoke wholesale account status at its sole discretion, including where buyer information cannot be verified or where the stated use case is inconsistent with research-use-only positioning.
Prohibited uses
Buyers must not, and must not permit any third party to, use compounds purchased from PeptideDistro.com for any of the following:
- Human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, or injection
- Therapeutic, prophylactic, or diagnostic use, including any use intended to treat, prevent, or diagnose any disease or condition
- Resale, distribution, or repackaging as a dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, drug, medical device, or compounded preparation
- Marketing or relabeling for consumer use, including online listings that suggest consumer or clinical use
- Any use that violates United States federal law, the laws of any state in which the buyer operates or to which the product is shipped, or applicable foreign law at the destination
Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination, refusal to fulfill outstanding orders, and reporting to applicable authorities.
Regulatory framework
PeptideDistro.com operates as a wholesale distributor of research compounds. We are not a pharmaceutical manufacturer, compounding pharmacy, contract manufacturing organization for finished drug products, or a registered medical-device manufacturer. We do not hold marketing authorization for any compound in the catalog and we do not represent any catalog item as approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent foreign authority for human or veterinary use.
Where a compound is a federally controlled substance or otherwise restricted in a given jurisdiction, we do not supply it. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the compound, quantity, and shipping destination are lawful at the destination before placing an order.
Quality and documentation
Catalog compounds are sourced through audited supply partners. Each lot is shipped with documentation appropriate to research-grade material, which may include a certificate of analysis (COA) describing identity, purity (typically by HPLC), and lot information. Documentation packets and additional batch records are available on request through the documentation desk.
Detailed quality methodology, third-party testing references, and shelf-life guidance are provided as part of the wholesale onboarding package and are subject to update without notice as analytical methods are refined.
