Origin, lead times, carriers, cold-chain handling, international restrictions, and claims process for PeptideDistro.com wholesale shipments.

Origin and lead times
Orders ship from the PeptideDistro.com origin facility in Jessup, Pennsylvania. Standard order processing is one to three business days from the date of order confirmation and cleared payment, subject to lot availability and any documentation requirements specified at the time of order. Custom blends, private-label runs, and special documentation packets are quoted with a project-specific lead time on the corresponding quote.
Carriers and methods
Domestic shipments are dispatched by reputable national parcel carriers with tracking. Cold-chain shipments are dispatched in insulated packaging with appropriate refrigerant and a temperature-stable transit window. The carrier and service level are selected based on destination, package profile, and any cold-chain requirement, and are noted on each shipment record.
Cold chain and packaging
Compounds that require cold storage are packed with a phase-change refrigerant sized for the destination transit window. Insulated outer packaging and protective inner trays are used for vialed material. Shipments are dispatched early in the business week where practical to avoid weekend transit. Buyer is responsible for arranging timely receipt at the destination and for transferring temperature-sensitive material to appropriate storage immediately on arrival.
Inspection and claims
Buyer should inspect every shipment on arrival. Visible damage, missing items, or temperature-indicator excursions must be reported to support@peptidedistro.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, with photographs and the shipment reference. Carrier claims for visible damage in transit are filed by the Buyer; PeptideDistro.com will provide documentation reasonably needed to support a claim.
International shipping
International shipments are evaluated case-by-case. Buyer is responsible for confirming that the compound, quantity, packaging, and destination are lawful at the destination, and for any applicable import licensing, duties, taxes, and brokerage. PeptideDistro.com does not ship to destinations under United States sanctions or to any destination where the compound is restricted or controlled. We may decline any international order at our sole discretion.
Restricted destinations and items
Some compounds are not eligible for wholesale supply through PeptideDistro.com (for example, federally controlled substances or compounds otherwise restricted in a given jurisdiction). Where a compound is restricted at the destination, we will not ship to that destination. Buyer is responsible for confirming destination legality before placing an order.
Address accuracy and refused shipments
Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address consistent with the approved account profile and stated use case. Shipments returned due to an incorrect address, refusal at the destination, or repeated delivery failures will be charged the original shipping cost plus return-handling and any reshipment cost.
Lost or delayed shipments
For shipments that are not delivered within seven (7) business days past the carrier’s estimated delivery, contact support@peptidedistro.com with the order reference. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment or, where the carrier confirms a loss, arrange a replacement or credit consistent with our Refund Policy.
Documentation packets
Standard lot documentation (including a certificate of analysis where available) is provided digitally with the shipment confirmation. Additional batch records or customer-specific documentation packets can be requested through the documentation desk at any time during the account life cycle.
