Refund Policy

When PeptideDistro.com will replace, credit, or refund a shipment — and why most research compounds are non-returnable.

Research compounds are typically non-returnable

Because chain-of-custody and storage conditions cannot be verified once a research compound leaves our facility, opened or unsealed compounds, custom blends, and private-label material are not eligible for return or refund. Buyers are encouraged to confirm sequence, salt form, purity, fill mass, and quantity at the quote stage and again on receipt before unsealing any vial.

Eligibility for credit, replacement, or refund

We will provide a replacement, account credit, or refund (at our discretion) where one of the following is established within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, supported by photographs and the shipment reference:

  • Damaged in transit. Visible damage to the outer or inner packaging, broken vials, or compromised seal.
  • Cold-chain excursion. A temperature indicator outside the validated range, where included.
  • Carrier-confirmed loss. The carrier confirms a non-delivery or in-transit loss after a reasonable trace.
  • Order error. The shipment does not match the confirmed order (wrong compound, wrong fill mass, wrong quantity, missing item).
  • Documentation defect. Lot documentation is missing or materially inconsistent with the shipped material.

Process

  1. Email support@peptidedistro.com within 48 hours of delivery with the order reference, photographs, and a description of the issue.
  2. Retain all packaging and the affected material; do not discard until support has confirmed.
  3. If a return is authorized, support will issue a return authorization number and a prepaid return label where applicable. Returns received without an authorization number will not be processed.
  4. On receipt and inspection of the returned material (or carrier confirmation of loss), we will issue a replacement, account credit, or refund to the original payment method, typically within ten (10) business days.

Non-eligible scenarios

  • Buyer remorse, change of project scope, or change in compound preference after order confirmation.
  • Material that has been opened, reconstituted, decanted, repackaged, or labeled by the Buyer or any third party.
  • Loss caused by storage at the destination outside the conditions stated on the COA or shipment record.
  • Refusal at the destination for reasons that are the Buyer’s responsibility (incorrect address, customs documentation provided by Buyer, import licensing).
  • Custom blends, private-label runs, and special-order material, which are produced to the Buyer’s specification.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no charge prior to dispatch. After dispatch, the order is treated as a delivered order and is governed by the eligibility scenarios above. Custom and private-label orders may not be cancellable once production has begun; the cancellation terms are stated on the corresponding quote.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about an order, please contact us first so that we can resolve it directly. Initiating a payment-network chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in account suspension, refusal of future orders, and recovery of any returned funds where the chargeback is later reversed in our favor.
